David Gould
David is an insolvency expert with over 45 years of experience. David is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1962 and received his LL.B. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1965.
Co-Author Local Bankruptcy Practices Manual (PESI 1991) with Bankruptcy Judge Lisa Hill Fenning, David is also a member, panel of mediators appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Central District of California and the District of Delaware; Attorney Settlement Officer for the United States District Court for the District of California.
David served as Adjunct Associate Professor of Law, Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles (1978-1980) and Adjunct Professor of Law, Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu (1983-1984).
